Broccoli Salad Bowl
Ingredients and Directions (2 servings)
  • 4-5 cups broccoli florets (steam broccoli for 8-10 minutes or until soft)

Combine steamed broccoli with

  • 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Saute in 2 tablespoon sunflower oil

  • 1/2 cup red onion diced into small pieces until translucent
dressings

Blend these ingredients until smooth and creamy and add to the salad mix

  • 1300 g package soft tofu
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Maple syrup to taste

Serve with plain rice or sesame Jams
