This is a perfect snack to share with the whole family including your kids.
Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 apple sliced
- 6 dates soaked in water for 2 hours
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Blend dates with cinnamon with a little bit of water and spoon the mixture into a small bowl.
Serve with the apple slices and enjoy!
