Ingredients and Directions (2 servings)
- 4-5 cups broccoli florets (steam broccoli for 8-10 minutes or until soft)
Combine steamed broccoli with
- 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup raisins
Saute in 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1/2 cup red onion diced into small pieces until translucent
dressings
Blend these ingredients until smooth and creamy and add to the salad mix
- 1300 g package soft tofu
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Maple syrup to taste
Serve with plain rice or sesame Jams
