Green Salad with Yams and Rice – Sesame Yams
Ingredients (2 servings)
  • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
  • 3 medium yams (peel and cut lengthwise)
  • 1/4 sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Coat Yams with sesame seed mixture
Directions

Place on a baking tray and bake at 375F for 30-40 minutes or until yams are tender.

Serve on top of lettuce.
