Ingredients (2 servings)
- 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
- 3 medium yams (peel and cut lengthwise)
- 1/4 sunflower oil
- 2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Coat Yams with sesame seed mixture
Place on a baking tray and bake at 375F for 30-40 minutes or until yams are tender.
Serve on top of lettuce.
