Add a lot of fiber and nutrients to clean and purify your digestive system.
Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 cup pineapple chopped
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 2 dates, pitted
*add 2 tbsp old fashioned oats for the Pineapple cleansing juice
Directions
Blend all ingredients until smooth and enjoy!
