Core Confidence is a 6-week virtual small-group hypopressives program designed to help women build a strong, functional core, improve posture, reduce bloating, and reconnect with their bodies, safely and effectively.
This program is centered on hypopressive exercises and guided breathing techniques that help reset weak or overactive muscles, reduce excessive abdominal pressure, and activate your core from the inside out.
You’ll learn a method you can use for life, not just for six weeks.
